One point of contact. From first assessment to finished project.

We provide independent retrofit coordination for domestic energy improvement projects across Devon — managing the process, protecting your interests, and ensuring every measure is delivered safely and in compliance with PAS 2035.

What does a Retrofit Coordinator do?

A Retrofit Coordinator is the professional responsible for overseeing a domestic energy improvement project from start to finish. Under PAS 2035, every government-funded retrofit project must have a named, qualified retrofit coordinator — someone who manages the whole process and ensures that all measures are appropriate, properly designed, and correctly installed.

The Retrofit Coordinator acts as the central point of contact between the homeowner, the Retrofit Assessor, the designer, and the installers. Their job is to make sure all the moving parts of a retrofit project fit together correctly — and that nothing is missed.

Who needs a Retrofit Coordinator?

Retrofit coordination is required for all government-funded domestic energy improvement projects under schemes such as the Warm Homes Grant. Without a qualified retrofit coordinator in place, the work cannot be funded or certified.

We also provide coordination for privately funded retrofit projects where homeowners want the assurance of a properly managed, PAS 2035-compliant process — particularly where multiple measures are being installed, or where the property is older or of non-standard construction.

We work with homeowners directly, as well as supporting contractors and installers who need an independent coordinator to underpin their PAS 2030-accredited delivery.

Why choose an independent Retrofit Coordinator?

PAS 2035 requires that the retrofit coordinator acts independently — their duty is to the homeowner and the integrity of the project, not to any particular installer or product supplier. An independent coordinator has no commercial interest in recommending one measure or installer over another.

As an independent practice, we provide coordination that is genuinely impartial. Our recommendations are based solely on what is right for your property and your circumstances.
